Terms for homeowners

Roof Insight and EZ-Quote are forms that RoofCue™ runs for roofing companies. When you use one on a roofing company's website, your request goes to that company. By using the form, you agree to these terms. The form is for adults (18 or older).

A first answer, not a final one

• Roof Insight gives a preliminary summary written by AI from what you tell us and show us. It is not a professional roof inspection, a structural evaluation, a repair estimate or an insurance determination.
• EZ-Quote gives a preliminary estimate: a price range worked out from the roofing company's own prices and a roof size measured from aerial and other outside data. It is not an offer, a bid or a contract, and the final price can be different.
• Measurements and summaries can be wrong. Data from others, such as aerial images, can be missing or out of date.
• Only the roofing company can confirm the condition of your roof and the price, after seeing it in person. Please do not make decisions, such as buying or selling a home, filing a claim or hiring someone, based only on the form's answer.

The roofing company is separate from us

The roofing company sets its own prices, gives its own advice and does its own work. Any agreement for roofing work is between you and that company;RoofCue™ is not a party to it and does not recommend or vouch for any roofing company. You can check an Arizona contractor's license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Stay safe

Please do not climb onto your roof to take photos. If water is near electrical wiring, a ceiling is sagging, or anyone is in danger, call 911 first.

Your information and photos

The form's privacy notice, linked at the bottom of every form, explains what is collected, who receives it and how long it is kept. The roofing company uses your details to contact you about your request. We never sell your information. You may only send photos you took or have the right to share, and you let us and the roofing company use them to answer your request.

Using the form

Use the form for a property you own or are allowed to ask about, and give honest details. Do not send automated, fake or abusive requests. You are responsible for claims or costs caused by requests you send in breach of these terms.

No warranties and a limit on our responsibility

The form and its answers are provided "as is", without any promise of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, RoofCue™ is not responsible for the roofing company's advice, prices or work, or for any indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility to you for any claim about the form is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Law, changes and contact

Arizona law applies to these terms, and the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, decide any dispute. We may update these terms; the version shown when you use the form applies. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: privacy@getroofcue.com.
